Normally really happy with there services. I signed up to a subscription for two bags of Eden medium size, but ended up with small this month. Only noticed once I had opened the bag that it was the wrong size. Contact the company to explain what had happened, thinking I would get the same size food as before. Sadly was told by email it was my own fault for ordering the wrong size, they will not accept the open bag back and will charge me £12 to return the unopened one.
Now stuck with two huge bag a of small size food for three large collies. Thanks

Value / Cost Balance

Has become extremely expensive (as with everything), but our dogs thrive on it so we figure worth the extra expense. Bags of energy, healthy coats, healthy teeth - two big retrievers on it for 5+yrs, since pups.

Great system on the monthly our has and delivery is prompt.
