I placed my order online, recieved one bag which is £75! the other is still outstanding have tried contacting Jurassic by phone and email with no response, Im wondering if they have ceased trading so I would be cautious before placing any orders with them
They've been having Eden Holistic for their whole lives and we wouldn't try anything different. We give them a mix of semi moist and country cuisine which they love.
There were some delays in fulfilment but this was outside Jurassic Bark's control however I have doubts about DPD as the choice of courier that Jurassic Bark use though. The tracking on the DPD site is pointless. The delivery was 3 hours later than their own system predicted (I think the driver went on a tour of Cambridgeshire and didn't follow the prescribed delivery order since for most of that 3hrs I was the 'next delivery' and couldn't leave the house as I thought the package was imminent. The packaging was in an awful state when the products arrived (thankfully the food was intact). It doesn't seem that DPD want to accept customer feedback. I hope that Jurassic Bark can address this issue with them directly.
