The item turned up in a damaged box and the packaging of the item had been ripped.
I immediately emailed with photos of the damaged item and explaining what had happened, however I've still yet to have a response (sent the email 1 week ago today).

I know this is most likely the courier company but to not hear back from them is appalling.
