Very slow delivery

They take my monthly subscription money the day it is due and then dodge calls for a week, later saying there's been a stock order delay or a computer upgrade issue. Each time saying it won't happen again.
The last 3-4 deliveries have been like this and so I wish they either managed my expectations in advance or do what they say. Instead we've had to waste time chasing and buying food from elsewhere to account for their poor service ourselves.
